Gene Del Polito
President
Association for Postal Commerce
For the past 22 years, Dr. Gene Del Polito has served as the President of the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom) in Washington, DC. Gene is highly regarded within the postal community as an effective advocate in behalf of those who use mail for business communication and commerce.
Gene serves on the Postmaster General's Mailers Technical Advisory Committee, and has been a member of a number of Postal Service-industry work groups and task forces over the years. He serves as a member of the Smithsonian National Postal Museum's Advisory Council. He represents PostCom at meetings of the Universal Postal Union, serves on the UPU's Direct Mail Advisory Board and is a member of its Steering Committee, and serves as Vice Chairman of the International Mailers Advisory Group.

David is Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, DHL Global Mail. He oversees Marketing, Customer Service in Indianapolis, IN and 100 Sales Representatives throughout the US and Canada. DHL Global Mail is part of the MAIL International division of Deutsche Post World Net, one of the largest postal enterprises and recognized leader in worldwide logistic services.
David brings a passion for building long term customer relationships and years of mail industry sales experience. He has led the development of key marketing initiatives in product development, lead generation, customer relationship management and communications. David is also driving improvements in all facets of the customer service experience.
Previously, David was Regional Vice President Sales, Southeast region, DHL Global Mail achieving record sales for that region and building an outstanding sales team. Prior to that, David held senior sales and marketing positions with SmartMail, LLC and Neopost.
