Jason Owen attended the University of Cincinnati and currently is the Business Development Manager for Trident Marketing, including Online Marketing Manager. Trident Marketing owns Direct Sat TV, the third largest DIRECTV dealer in the United States, Travel Resorts of America, and Red Rover Travel Club. Jason has been worked in Online Marketing for 4 years, working on an agency side prior to coming to Trident Marketing. Trident Marketing manages and owns 6 different websites, with different goals and objectives.
Jason will discuss Web 2.0 tactics including the advanced use of Ajax, how this will affect abandonment campaigns in multi-channel environments, Click-to-Chat, Click-to Call, email, and traditional telephony environments. Visual Shopping and how companies are going to have to adapt to how the consumer wants to view and shop for their products, unlike traditional catalog retail sites. Jason will also explore Store Mash-ups (mergers and acquisitions) and Site Search (conversational search).

Rawn Shah is Community Program Manager for IBM developerWorks, IBM's worldwide developer community with over 6 million members. He leads the teams that build, deploy and support the hundreds of sub-communities and Web 2.0-based services inlcuding our blogs, forums, wikis, chatrooms, file exchange, web feeds, and podcasts. IBM developerWorks has offered these Web 2.0 services for a number of years with a significant proportion of our members involved in these social networking services. Rawn developed the strategy to unify these diverse services into a common framework of a space to allow subject matter experts to use as many of these services as they may need to create and lead their own communities and social networks. In previous jobs, Rawn has been a network administrator, a system programmer and a Web site project manager. He has written 300 articles for leading industry technical and news publications, as well as an author of several books on a range of topics. He is currently working on his next book on the topic of organizing and managing online communities and social networks.

As the chief architect of eOne Group's eOneCommerce solution, Keith was ahead of his time with an innovative adaptation of Java and XML technologies an XHTML (Web 2.0 platform technology), robust and self-contained e-commerce engine used by major corporations, including Tommy Hilfiger, Omaha Steaks, and BiC Graphics. This engine provides complete integration into pre-existing customer back-office order fulfillment and distribution systems.
Keith will discuss real live Web 2.0 business features that are used by leading edge companies, driving top-line revenue, through rich content and community collaboration.
